If breakfast were to be removed from the equation, the operational demands significantly decrease. Essentially, all that would be required is a warm welcome for new guests upon their arrival and a fond farewell when they leave. This welcoming touch can be provided by the owner or a dedicated property management company, ensuring guests feel at home from the moment they arrive. By closing off the downstairs area and renting out only the top three suites, the workload is minimal, all while still providing guests with access to the pool via the side stairs. Our dedicated housekeeper efficiently handles the cleaning of the suites, ensuring they are always in pristine condition without added stress for the owner. Additionally, managing bookings is a breeze and doesn't consume much time at all.
